By accessing or using Eduders, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Use of the Platform
Eduders is an exam and quiz platform for educational use. You may use it to create, manage, and share quizzes and exams. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful or misleading content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Accounts
Teacher accounts require registration with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Content
You retain ownership of the content you create on Eduders. By uploading content, you grant Eduders a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of operating the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
All platform code, design, logos, and trademarks are the property of Eduders. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Eduders is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eduders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
