This Privacy Policy describes how Eduders collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our platform at eduders.az.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when registering, such as your name and email address. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google in accordance with the permissions you grant. If you choose to connect Google Calendar or generate a Google Meet link from within Eduders, we also access and store the calendar events and meeting details needed to provide those features, limited to the scopes you explicitly authorise.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, provide platform features, and communicate with you about your account. We do not use your data for advertising purposes, and we never use Google user data to train AI or machine-learning models.

Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data, and we never share Google user data for advertising purposes. We only share data with the providers below, each of which processes it solely to deliver their service to us:

  • Google — used for sign-in (Google OAuth 2.0) and, only if you connect them, Google Calendar and Google Meet to sync your schedule and create meeting links. This data is used solely to provide these features inside Eduders and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Calendar/Meet at any time from your account settings, or revoke Eduders's access entirely from your Google Account permissions page.
  • Google Gemini API — used to generate and explain quiz content. Only the quiz or question content you provide is sent to this service; your Google profile, calendar, and meeting data are never sent to it.
  • Resend — our transactional email provider, used solely to deliver verification codes and account notifications to the email address you provide.
  • Sentry — used for error monitoring to keep Eduders reliable. Text and media in any session recordings are masked before being sent.
  • Google Analytics — used to understand how visitors find and use Eduders (pages viewed, device, approximate location, traffic source). We only send your internal account ID, role and plan — never your name, email or exam answers — and exam codes and tokens are stripped from page addresses. Data is kept for 14 months. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — used to protect registration and login from automated abuse.
  • Telegram — only if you choose to link a Telegram account to receive reminders, we send notification messages to that account.

We do not permit any of these providers to use Google user data for purposes unrelated to providing the feature you requested, and no Google user data is disclosed to anyone else.

Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Eduders uses data obtained from Google APIs only to provide or improve the user-facing features described in this policy. That data is not used for advertising, not used to develop or train generalised AI or machine-learning models, not shared with third parties except as strictly necessary to deliver the features you requested, and not used for any other purpose.
